After years of burnout and “normal” test results that didn’t explain how I felt, I discovered the power of mineral balance, nutrition, the right combo of exercise and nervous system support. Now at 50, I feel stronger and more energized than ever.

I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, bloated, and frustrated—doing everything “right” but still gaining weight and running on empty. Once I learned how mineral balance affects energy, metabolism, and mood, everything shifted. Now I help women restore balance so they can feel clear, strong, and energized again.
