"I was skeptical that mineral balancing could help me during perimenopause because I thought it was all about my hormones and what does calcium or magnesium have to do with that? Boy did I learn a lot! I liked that the program was centered around finding what fit my specific needs. So I tried it, took the HTMA test and got the supplements my body needed. But that was the easy part. She knows her stuff and the She is Strong Program broke down all the steps I needed to get me feeling so much better. Malia is gentle and kind but called me on my crap (because I can be an excuse maker) when I needed to hear it. I didn't like going to the gym and was intimidated by all the machines. But I started working with Malia in her personal gym and feel confident. I’m stronger, pain-free. After experiencing the frustration of “normal” lab results and unexplained fatigue herself, Malia discovered how powerful mineral balance and whole-food nutrition can be in restoring true energy and health. Through Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, she identifies what your body truly needs — because minerals are the spark plugs that keep everything running.

This program is completely personalized. Every woman’s journey through perimenopause or menopause is unique — from symptoms to mineral patterns to lifestyle demands. The application helps me understand your goals, your health background, and whether my program is the right fit for you. This ensures you receive the right level of support and we start your plan with clarity and intention.
Once you apply, I’ll personally review your information to ensure you’re a good fit for the program. If we’re aligned, you’ll have access to my schedule to find a date and time for a free consultation where we’ll talk through your goals and next steps. From there, you’ll choose the day in which the She is Strong Program will start and we’ll begin your journey toward feeling strong and balanced again.

I design your plan to fit your lifestyle, not take it over. Most women spend about 2–4 hours a week implementing their personalized fitness, nutrition, and mineral balance plan. You’ll also have check-ins and support along the way to help you stay consistent and confident.
